COVID-19 UPDATE – AT THIS TIME THE DNA LAB REMAINS OPEN.
The safety and wellness of our employees and customers remains our top priority. In order to do everything possible to minimize risk associated with COVID-19 transmission, we are working closely with our Health and Safety Teams, both locally and with our parent company Bureau Veritas Laboratories.
Strict protocols surrounding social distancing, health screening, and sanitation have been implemented in all of our facilities. Our staff has been provided with additional PPE equipment, we are staggering shifts to minimize the number of individuals in our laboratories at any one time, and we have implemented non-contact submission procedures at all of our locations.
We appreciate that these are challenging times for all and we will make every effort to ensure that we continue to deliver the best service possible to our clients throughout this crisis. We have received word from some collection sites that they are needing to suspend their services. We will work with any clients that call to book new cases to assess what options are available for them for sample collection.
